Greetings HOA Villa Residents! And Happy Spring! You’ve trusted us with your mowing services in the past, and we’re pleased and excited to work with you again in 2023. We enjoy returning to our favorite neighborhoods annually, and we’re looking forward to starting a new year in all of our neighborhoods. We’ve met almost everyone in our wonderful neighborhoods, and we’re looking forward to providing each of you with our best possible service throughout the coming year. There are just a few changes in 2023, though our foremen—Will and Jayden—are both returning, and most everyone's mowing day will remain the same. We are still deciding which specialist will service your neighborhood on a weekly basis, but rest assured our goal is to keep the same foreman in the same neighborhood for the entire season. We encourage all to email us to gain access to our client portal, which is our preferred contact method. On the portal, you will be able to register specific concerns, request quotes, and view/pay your invoices. (When times allow, we centralize our communications channels to ensure we address specific requests as efficiently as possible.) Although we are currently only providing mowing services through the HOA, we remind that we also provide special pricing on individual bases for additional services in your neighborhood. We are happy to provide pricing directly to each of you for any or all of the below services: Sprinkler startup, winterization, new installation or service
